Our Process

We custom-cut every piece of glass and mirror!

Before we are able to come out and measure for your free quote, we need a few things from you:

Shower measures: Ensure all tile and curbs are set.

Mirror measures: Ensure all vanity tops, framing, lighting and outlet boxes are in place.

After your measure is complete, our staff will follow up with a free quote via email or phone call within one business day.

Most orders can take up to 15 business days and in situations where orders take longer, you will be informed at the time of order.

Note: Please allow 15 business days before checking on the order status.

Every order goes through our detailed quality control process to ensure there are no major defects. There is no perfect piece of glass, but we do our best to ensure you are getting the best possible product available.

Once your glass and hardware has passed our quality control process, you will be contacted via email with the date and time for installation. It is very important to confirm your installation date and time by replying to the email.
